What can I customize on my portal?

How do payments work?

Fill in Fan uses Stripe to process payments from all major credit cards. We keep our production fees and the rest goes directly to you, so there’s no need for monthly billing and payment.

What kind of reporting tools do you offer?

Fill in Fan gives you access to an analytics dashboard that shows how many orders have been placed, the status of each order and a preview of each submission. You can also easily download reports to share throughout your organization.

Will I be able to review submissions?

Absolutely. You will receive an email alert once a day with new orders to review, so you will be able to approve photo submissions before the cutouts go into production.

Tell me more about the cutouts. What are they made of?

Our cutouts are made from durable, long-lasting material meant to withstand outdoor weather conditions. They range in size from 17”w x 28”h to 20”w x 30”h and are designed to fit into the seat. Each comes with everything you’ll need to install them.

How frequently will I receive new cutouts?

You can set up a shipping schedule to coincide with your team’s home games. Cutouts can arrive at predetermined times throughout the season, giving you plenty of time to place them in seats before the next home game.
